	Renewal letters will be sent to you one month before the date of Renewal.
	No Claim bonus of Rs. 500/- will be allowed on Renewal.
	Renew your membership in time to avoid discontinuity.
	Coverage of your cases will be from the date of Renewal only.
	If fail to review in time, you have to pay the full amount for renewal and renewal will be carried out from the date of receiving your application with Demand Draft. If any case occur during the discontinued period, PPLSSS won't take up the case.

General Practitioners	Rs. 4000/-
Non - Surgical Specialists	Rs. 5,000/- (with PG Dip. / Degree)
Surgical & Anaesthesiology Specialists	Rs. 6,000/- (with PG Dip. / Degree)
